“My visit was to Urgent care was very short , after checking in, it only took 2 minutes for the nurse to call me in , after going over my symptoms, the nurse concluded that I should transfer immediately to the ER clinic, nevertheless the ln- take medical assistant was very helpful , courteous , prompt. “I went here 5/3/25 with an appointment. I needed a referral and they said I was not assigned to them yet. The staff went above and beyond and the owner called their insurance agent. Apparently my insurance company is not informing people like me it takes a few days to show in the system. I am currently on the phone with them since this place shows my old dr and insurance and my new insurance says no I am assigned. They went ahead and pushed my paperwork through so I could be seen. I want to give a huge shout out and I am sorry I got frustrated that day. I am 17 weeks pregnant and trying not to have a gap in my OB care. TY again staff at Progressive Urgent care.“
