Can't believe I forgot to leave a review! I have used many house cleaning services from individuals to companies with teams. Our home really requires a team of at least 3-4 individuals. The Maids has really fit the bill. Michael, the owner, is very engaged in his business, focuses on quality control and has wonderful teams of diligent and trustworthy employees. Even when we have had some hiccups, all of the smaller issues were ironed out, addressed and resolved by the very next visit. I would not hesitate to recommend The Maids and refer them to anyone who asks! The team is really wonderful, kind and hard-working. I emailed The Maids of Danville through their website and the owner, Michael, contacted me right away. I needed a "move out" professional cleaning done for the new owner. The Maids were a bit late in arriving because they were held up at a regularly-scheduled customer's home. Due to a scheduled final walk-through with the owner later that day, a team of 4 ladies went right to work. They were all very pleasant, brought things they discovered that had not been packed to my attention, and were very meticulous with their cleaning process.
