Gentleman attorney , Eric, took my call the first time I called. Gosh! I called this man outta the blue and he musta spent 20 minutes on the phone with me. I truly believe he knows his stuff. He quoted me a flat fee, which I must raise. But, that fee was far less than the guy that quoted 15,000. So.... yes, I recommend you give him a call.

I've had minimal needs for attorneys in my life/career so I speak from limited experience. My overall impression has been one of two generalizations: 1) after listening to a potential cliernt's situation, most attorneys will lend an opinion based on common legal knowledge or 2) let you know that you don't have significant standing for him/her to represent you. I spoke with Eric for a Landlord/Tenant issue, and he was absolutely incredible. With his advice, I decided I may not need to hire an attorney at this time; however, if my situation came to that, he was available. I am so appreciative of his professionalism and willingness to listen to my situation, despite me not needing to hire him right now.
