Gentleman attorney , Eric, took my call the first time I called. Gosh! I called this man outta the blue and he musta spent 20 minutes on the phone with me. I truly believe he knows his stuff. He quoted me a flat fee, which I must raise. But, that fee was far less than the guy that quoted 15,000. So.... yes, I recommend you give him a call.

I've had minimal needs for attorneys in my life/career so I speak from limited experience. My overall impression has been one of two generalizations: 1) after listening to a potential cliernt's situation, most attorneys will lend an opinion based on common legal knowledge or 2) let you know that you don't have significant standing for him/her to represent you. The Intelligent Law Firm and attorney Eric Nixdorf does not fit into that mold.I don't care to share the specifics of my legal situation but it did involve monies that the State of California stated were owed. When I first presented my situation to Mr. Nixdorf, he pointed out that I was clearly in violation of governmental statutes (regardless of my pleas that it was an honest mistake). From my previous experiences, I would have expected to have been "shown the door," with a passing apology that there was nothing he could do. Instead, Mr. Nixdorf pondered the situation and found a fissure in the law that ultimately led to a negotiated settlement. The entire process took about 18 months although much of that was delays by the state. Mr. Nixdorf was straight-forward throughout the process. His communications with me were always extremely timely and complete. He was very "even-keeled" about the likelihood of success while encouraging me to stay-the-course. Needless to say, the successful outcome was exhilarating. From start to completion, I felt extremely well-represented by The Intelligent Law Firm and I would not hesitate to recommend Eric and his office for full, competent legal representation.

I spoke with Eric for a Landlord/Tenant issue, and he was absolutely incredible. With his advice, I decided I may not need to hire an attorney at this time; however, if my situation came to that, he was available. I am so appreciative of his professionalism and willingness to listen to my situation, despite me not needing to hire him right now.
