Chris has been extremely helpful in understanding customers needs. I came to Site for Sore Eyes for new prescription and year supply of contact lenses. He kindly offered a free pair of famed glasses as backup. I really appreciate his generosity and outstanding customer service!
The owner here is such a nice person. He really took the time to listen to me about my concerns and showed how he cares to have a welcoming environment at the store. Originally I had my first appointment canceled at the Tracy location, but he made amends for the issue and I'm extremely happy with how he handled things.The employees were also very nice and accommodating, especially Nancy!The optometrist filling in was very helpful and really good at her job. She gave so many good pieces of advice to help me with my dry/itchy/red eyesI definitely am coming back here and love the options they have for eye glasses.
