For example, recently I brought in a 40-year-old letterman's jacket which was not in great shape. They examined it carefully, walked me through what they thought could be done, and then did a great job brightening it up.Overall, they're reliable and friendly. When they make a mistake (maybe twice in 15 years in our experience?), they own up to it and make it right.
