I meant to review sooner, but still resting and recovering from my ALIF surgery that I had at SRRMC on 1/12. What a great experience from start to finish (minus needing surgery, but you know what I mean). Everyone from the pre-op nurse who calmed my anxiety (whose name is escaping me), to Doctors Harris, Ochalek and Singh (and the rest of their surgery team) were amazing. The last thing I remember was having a nice conversation with Dr. Singh about the niners before gently waking up after surgery. They all really made the surgery as comfortable as it could possibly be.

My experience at the Family Birthing Center at San Ramon Regional Medical Center was truly a blessing! From the moment I arrived until the time we were discharged, every single staff member treated me with such kindness, professionalism, and genuine care.
Giving birth is one of the most vulnerable and emotional moments in a woman’s life, and the FBC team made me feel safe, supported, respected, and deeply cared for. The nurses were attentive and loving, the doctors were calm and reassuring, and everyone worked together seamlessly to make this experience as peaceful and positive as possible.

I had an unexpected and worrisome surgery at this facility. I want to emphatically say how wonderful the entire team was beginning with my registration. Jennifer welcomed me at the desk and her demeanor immediately put me at ease! She and her coworkers made what seemed like a special effort but more likely a common and welcoming one.
The team that prepped and finally performed the procedure were exceptional as well. They had great personalities yet were completely professional and confident. Thank you all!
