The staff is excellent overall but a special shout out to Jessica. She's a breath of fresh air and doesn't push unnecessary options for glasses. She's able to educate you on why options are necessary or not necessary and allows you to make your own decision. She's such a fashionista as well with her frame choices!

Ali was absolutely amazing helping me with my glasses. She listened to me, picked great styles, and I felt like she was really honest about the fit. She was also great about reaching out right away when my frames came in.

I have always had such a great experience at San Ramon Family Optometry! I feel very welcomed by the whole team from the initial reception to eye exams and finally picking out frames/lenses they are consistently professional as well as a joy to work with. For example today Beth did an excellent job adjusting my new frames in a very timely manner, they fit perfectly! Thank you!
