In my experience, I had a very good experience with Rose International. Compared to other recruiting agencies, they're very efficient and I've returned to work with them on two separate contracts.

I have been contacted by Rose International (recruiting) for a few jobs recently. Both times the recruiter was in an extreme hurry to receive all my info because I was the perfect fit for the position - only to NEVER hear from them again. No followup communication of any sort. This may be the norm, but this lack of communication doesn't say much for this company as a whole. Ultimately, they want to present the best candidate possible, we know that, but being unprofessional doesn't really cut it.
