I have been getting my haircut there for years - since they opened. Helen was the previous owner and she was super nice. Recently she sold the shop to Tiffany. Tiffany has kept the same great standards and customer service as Helen. I live in Concord, but I am happy to drive to San Ramon to get my haircut at Quality Haircuts.
