I'm sure why the the the reviews are not recommended and they highly recommend this business. I found this place via Groupon as I had been looking for a place that does back facials.. yes back facials. I booked my appointment and Sheetal was very responsive and even sent a reminder and then sent me the directions. I'm not sure why the other reviewer had issues finding the place. The address is for Sola Salon, which concept I like as it allows beauticians/hairdressers/ and other places a private space for just the client and business. I had a little allergic rash on my lower back so she just steamed that and didn't want to put anything to exacerbate that.... read full review
I have been coming here for the last few months since I temporarily moved to the US. I am one of those that hadn’t done facial in a while as I have sensitive skin and have a phobia about having someone put stuff that I don’t know on my face. Also in the US I met so many that are in licensed and doing some treatments that folks don’t even do in India anymore - Sheetal is US trained and experienced working which is exactly what I wanted.
I found Sheetal by reading these reviews and she has been so amazing and exactly like others have written.

Sheetal is absolutely the best! She takes her time to explain everything to you to understand.
She did my eyebrow shaping and took her time to make sure that l was satisfied and fixed any area.
I also had a microdermabrasion facial with her and it was so relaxing. She took her time to explain to me all of the areas of my face and how to care for it in the future. Her technique was very soothing.
I am definitely going back to her again for more treatments!
