The staff made patients feel comfortable and took care of them as if they were family. Setting up an appointment was a breeze. The staff were so accommodating and the optometrist was so thorough and explained all procedures and results of the exam. They look after the patients' interest and well-being.
Amazing staff! I was looking for a new optometrist and was glad to find one walking distance from my home. I bought my own frame to be made and was surprised to see the large section they had and end up getting sunglasses made. Felipe made my experience comfortable very knowledgeable in the VSP insurance and broke it down for me that was easy to understand. Front desk staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I would recommend if looking for a new Optometry office this is the one you won't be disappointed. 5 starts all around.
After looking for an optometric center close to home and would be able to provide the service needed for my eye-care, in me looking to get contacts , I'm glad to say that I have found that place. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Lonnie, who was very welcoming and professional in getting me situated with the provided service I needed. I was seen by Dr. Duong, who was very knowledgeable in the different options they provide. He displayed top care in my needs and made me a priority in making sure I was assured the best outcome of service I needed. Felipe was excellent in his customer care and service, helping me get situated with the contacts I needed. Overall, I am honored to say that the staff there - from Lonnie, to Doctor Duong, and Felipe - made me feel comfortable in my experience there. They didn't just treat me like a patient, they took care of me as if I was family!
Setting up an appointment was a breeze... upon arrival was greeted by a smile. The staff were so accommodating and Dr. Lang was so thorough and explained all procedures and results of the exam. No pressure and willing to provide assistance to save you the cost for certain procedure that your health insurance company can provide instead of their office doing the procedure to save you money. They look after - first the patients's interest and well being before what they can make money off of you. Highly recommended...
