Frustrating experience with this office. They said they are in network for my insurance on the phone. We schedule an appointment and get evaluated by Dr Mac who seemed great. Then comes his staff and we are informed that we are out of network. Felt like a waste of time in the end.
Doctor McElroy and his staff are world-class! They are extremely personable and make you feel cared for. They were even quick to mail me rubber bands when I had lost a pack and couldn’t make it back to their office.
Doctor McElroy is probably the most fun orthodontist you’ll ever have the pleasure of meeting. He always makes sure to explain exactly what is happening with the orthodontia that you’ll be wearing. And of course it would be a crime to not mention his love of all things Marvel. Be warned that you may not leave on time if you engage with him in a conversation about that topic.

I’ve been coming her for the past 5 years, from when I came for check ups to see if I needed braces to now. Which i’m currently going through my treatment. Which has been very nice.
