I discovered MANEX through one of my AMBayArea summit events years ago, but I was not sure if we were ready to bring on a consultant.
I wish we had done it sooner because working with MANEX in the first quarter of 2020, the first engagement provided immediate buy-in with my team members by laying out a clear reason for the 5s training, gathering their input and seeing the immediate outcome.
We are finishing up our 4th engagement and each time, I think our project seems so daunting and would take a long time to achieve, I walk away with a WOW!
