I was invited back for corrective coloring. The head colorist fixed the stripes and toned down the brassiness with lowlights and an overall demi-permanent color gloss. Now, this was what I was expecting! I'm impressed Madison Reed takes customer comments seriously.
I've been using Madison Reed products for several years. I increased my membership to include one inhouse coloring. So, GLAD I did!!! It was such a nice thing to have done once for myself. I had a fantastic experience. It was easy and relaxing. I will be back and may just be in more than once a year.
