I also got an Living Social deal and it was one of the best experience i ever had. If you go to their website, they emphasis that their primary objective is to serve people just like family and they do really treat you like family. Tina, one of the best staff member. She is very proficient in the work she does. The doctor that did my procedure knows what he is doing and is kind. They even call me back for a follow up after a year. I couldn't make it because i was in texas. I would definitely recommend this place

I thought about PRK for a long time, and when I finally decided to go through with it it was nothing short of amazing. Dr. Lerner and his staff work hard and are very personable. They were more than willing to work with a very small time frame, and were very forth coming with any complication that may arise, luckily enough I didn't have any complications. Dr. Lerner personally emailed me to answer questions before meeting him after his staff took my eye measurements.His staff made every effort to accommodate my needs and went above and beyond their normal work hours and scope to assist me. I had written a review for Dr. Lerner once before but removed my Yelp page. He once again deserves the Yelp review. After years of debating whether or not to go through with Lasik and consulting several doctors I decided to put my trust in Dr. Lerner's hands. I was quite hesitant about having the lasik procedure and asked if he had ever blinded anyone. He was honest and said yes and that it was just one person ... his wife. Yes, his wife and she is still married to the man! I appreciated that he was honest because I would have never known that his wife went blind in one eye. He explained that the procedure did not make her vision 20/20 so she asked to have it redone. He advised not doing the procedure again and she insisted. You know how women can be when we want something! It's unfortunate it resulted in that and I hope there was a procedure that reversed it. However, my experience was life saving! I was almost legally blind and had a stigmatism. I couldn't even read a menu or tell the difference if someone was a man or a woman unless they were talking. Pretty bad! Contacts irritated my eyes and I didn't care for wearing glasses all of the time. Dr. Lerner made sure I was calm which literally took about two valiums ( I was extremely nervous) The procedure felt like seconds and was painless. The next morning when I woke up I could see the clock. I felt like crying tears of happiness! I had the procedure five years ago and have not had a single side effect. I am so glad I chose to do this procedure and chose a wonderful doctor. If you are thinking about doing lasik I highly recommend Dr. Lerner he is kind, serious and excellent at what he does!
