Pros: 1. Easy to set up appointments, generally great availability 2. Light refreshments offered, a super cute touch 3. Salon interior is clean, tools are clean, nicely decorated 4. Fantastic nail techs, especially Alex. He is really good at what he does! Every manicure I've had from here has lasted nicely. Pedi lasted like 1.5 months, which I was really happy about. 5. Front desk is warm and informative Cons: 1. Wish there was more clarity about the services when booking online. For example, how structured gel builder is different from gel, what the benefit is, just more info in general. 2. HEMA FREE LADIES AND GENTS. This is the only salon i'm aware of in the area that offers HEMA free gel, structured gel and gelx. For my ladies who have an allergy, you cannot go wrong with any tech here. Forever grateful they offer HEMA free products so i can finally get my nails done again.
One of the best nail salons I've been to in the San Ramon area. The salon is exceptionally clean & definitely caught our eye when walking around Bishop Ranch. They offer 2 complimentary beverages so I got the Prosecco Rosé. I went in for a gel pedicure & they did such a great job! If you're in the are I would recommend you come & stop by!
