Cindy was very professional, warming and welcoming. Im starting my electrolysis journey and I'm so glad I picked the right place. She is very informative and gives me great vibes.Im seeing my results already and I'm just so happy that I chose to come to Cindy.

Wish I had come across Generations years ago! Had facial and electrolysis treatments recently and both produced incredible results. Both ladies are incredibly pleasant, easy to talk to and nonjudgmental. Facial hair has been an ongoing source of embarrassment and shame since my late 20's. In less than an hour Cindy helped me look and feel better about myself! Cost is reasonable, pain is minimal (although my tolerance is high) and no serious adverse reactions. Excited to have discovered Generations, looking forward to feeling more comfortable about my appearance and taking better care of my skin.

Cindy is wonderful! I have been to many providers in the East Bay and had varying results. Some even caused scarring. Cindy's work is pretty painless as this work goes and not one scar. She's great and you can't find a better provider- believe me I've shopped around! I've been coming in about once a month for a year and am totally thrilled at the results. Laser didn't seem to work despite many treatments but I'm seeing great results here the old fashioned way. The work is almost done and I will actually be sad as she is a sweet and caring person as well.
