The owner Alberto,Walk me through the whole store showing me all different flooring materials available,I have to admit he’s very knowledgeable,About a year ago I was looking five boxes of very rare wood floor,It was the only place I was able to get it.For all your flooring needs don’t waste your time go straight to Alberto.
YOU ROCK!!! Let me begin by saying that we own a property management company in Pleasanton, CA and have been operating successfully for 21 years or so. Throughout the years we have worked with countless companies and vendors, some good and some not so good. I am happy to say as a first time customer that Amanda and Alberto are AWESOME!!! I called Amanda with a situation where my installer had purchased and installed laminate wood flooring purchased at Costco. The issue was that we also needed T-moulding and stair nose to match. Amanda and Alberto were extremely friendly, courteous, professional and a wealth of knowledge. I had many questions and they were answered in a timely manner. Throughout the process of picking my flooring, I found the experience to not be as overwhelming as it usually is. Amanda was a pleasure to work with! Pricing and a completion timeline were very fair.
