YOU ROCK!!! Let me begin by saying that we own a property management company in Pleasanton, CA and have been operating successfully for 21 years or so. Throughout the years we have worked with countless companies and vendors, some good and some not so good. I am happy to say as a first time customer that Amanda and Alberto are AWESOME!!! I called Amanda with a situation where my installer had purchased and installed laminate wood flooring purchased at Costco. The issue was that we also needed T-moulding and stair nose to match. The good thing is that Costco did offer those items for sale via their website, but had 6-12 wait time to actually receive those pieces. I simply couldn't wait that long. After speaking with Amanda, she jumped into action. Now, keep in mind that her company didn't do the install and she could've just blown me off and wished me luck in solving the issue, but instead she did the exact opposite. Amanda got back to me quickly and found a color match by another manufacturer and readily available as a solution to my problem. Thankfully the job was able to be completed and everything turned out great.All I can say is the Amanda and Alberto are selfless, not greedy, honest and just want to help. That's the mark of a top notch business in my book. Amanda and Alberto are wonderful business people and are super nice to boot! Amanda and Alberto were extremely friendly, courteous, professional and a wealth of knowledge. I had many questions and they were answered in a timely manner. Throughout the process of picking my flooring, I found the experience to not be as overwhelming as it usually is. Amanda was a pleasure to work with! Pricing and a completion timeline were very fair.
