The facility might be small, but the cleanliness is superb and the staff is absolutely amazing! No matter how busy they are, they always remain calm with the smile and are absolutely friendly all the time. I have the unlimited spray package and go there about two times a week. It's so well worth it and quite affordable. I definitely recommend this place for anybody who wants to spray tan or use a bed. If you have any questions, the ladies are very well-versed in all their products.
Ok.. I've been 3 times and so far with 5 star service. I used to go all the way to downtown San Leandro to tan and now I get to just leave work and in 3 minutes I'm here, so convenient right off of the freeway. Very clean and well staffed salon. My only disappointment and I'm not going to deduct a star, mainly because I didn't call first, was the fact that they don't have all of the equipment shown online at this particular location. But with another 10-minute drive I can get to the additional equipment in Livermore if needed. Just call first to find out if they have the equipment you want to tan in.
Location is clean and I appreciate the multiple options (sauna, and red light therapy beds) beyond just tanning (UV and spray). Staff was super friendly and helpful and got me in quick even though sign up can take a few minutes.
Monthly plans are reasonable, and I like that they offer options to pause the membership so you don't have to keep repaying the one time start fees if you want to start / stop for any reason.
