I've been a loyal client of this salon for several years, consistently impressed by their exceptional service. One thing I really love is how I can totally trust Aki. I often come without a set idea, relying on Aki's professional expertise to decide what suits me best, and I've always been thrilled with the results. Her ability to give me a fresh, new look each time deserves more than a five-star rating!Also shoutout to Ivy. Ivy and Aki are like a dream team. Aki and Ivy were very kind in accommodating me for a haircut on short notice. I was very happy with my layered medium length haircut and styling tips. I would definitely revisit this salon and recommended it. I have had prior experience with Japanese hair treatments and Japanese hair cutting techniques so I personally knew exactly what I was signing myself for when I visited this salon and I wasn’t disappointed. Aki does take her time to be thorough when cutting hair so it’s best to ensure you aren’t pressed for time when coming in for a haircut.
