Andrew with Adrium is a true professional. I initially contacted him via Thumbtack along with 2 other business late at night to get the process going. He replied early the next day and I was fortunate in that he could come by to diagnose the problem with my broken GE double oven that same day. He checked the error code and did some testing and went back to his office to review the necessary parts he would order. He gave me a game plan of ordering some extra parts in case there were multiple problems and said he would only use the necessary parts and charge labor based on what was used. He is prompt, professional and clear about what he'll be doing. I will definitely use Adrium again if I have problems with other appliances in my home.
Our dryer broke on Sunday, and we needed it fixed because we were in the middle of doing laundry. Adrium was the only one who was available on Sunday, and he able to make it out around noon. Throughout the process, he was communicative, on time, and was able to fix our dryer in just an hour! He diagnosed the issue quickly, and had all the available parts with him. Amazing job, and we'll be sure to call him for other appliance issues in the future.
