I thought my computer was slow and happened to see mention of Eric Gold on Nextdoor. Wow! He has helped me enormously. He installed a new hard drive and has shown me how to organize my files. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and nice, and his rates are so reasonable. I can't recommend him highly enough if you need any help with your Apple products. He's the best!

I am an Apple-certified support professional with over 35 years of experience as an independent consultant helping residential and small business clients with their Apple hardware and software products (Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AppleTV, etc). I troubleshoot/fix hardware and software issues, perform hardware and software upgrades, and provide other forms of technical support (training, purchase advice, etc). I am especially good with clients who are older or not very tech-savvy and need someone who is extremely patient with excellent communication skills, and also extremely technically proficient.
