I engaged VTC for a complicated project and have been stunned with their level of competence and customer service. They worked with me to assess damage, design the rebuild, and maintain stability and security of a severly fire damaged San Francisco 1902 duplex when I was unsure how to proceed. Their rapid responses, thoroughness, and respect were beyond any other in my experience. Matt Joyce spent countless hours with me going over issues, numbers and options. He is transparent and candid; I have total trust in his integrity. Though I worked primarily with Matt, I received similar service from Kevin and Skylar. Skylar is a gem; she manages the office and speedily came to my rescue with logistical and administrative answers to concerns. This, to me, is unusual support for a construction company. If you have a project ready to go, or even one you are considering, I would recommend VTC without reservation .
