Lucas was outstanding and a pleasure to work with! He was incredibly patient, kind and efficient. He went above and beyond as he worked to resolve/fix the broken screen and screen collaboration issues. You are lucky to have him as an employee and I was extremely fortunate to have him as my service technician. What a lovely, bright man. Should this happen again and we need a repair, I will most certainly request Lucas…and even wait longer to schedule just so I can be guaranteed to have his assistance. Thank you Lucas!!!
Fast and quality workmanship. Once they got there. It took a week before there was.an appointment available and the first one was rescheduled but it eventually happened. I was very pleased considering the amount I spend on insurance every minth.
Fast and at the last minute right before they closed hooked me up with a new screen for my iPhone . Super fast and reasonable I’d highly recommend them to anyone and they have the cheapest price around so far.
