I had a Friday afternoon emergency...our inspector valve on the outside of our house became dislodged. Todd showed up himself late on a Friday to see exactly how bad of an issue we were dealing with and then had Jesus, who was amazing, at my house at 9am Saturday morning. He was quick, efficient, and fixed our issue. Wow. I cannot recommend this business enough. Thank you Todd and Jesus for saving our weekend, as we had no water until the problem was resolved!!! I can't say enough good things about Todd and crew. We had a fire sprinkler pipe burst at 5am on a Saturday. I turned it off in under 3 minutes but major damage still occurred. :( My first order of business was to get the cleanup people here. Once I had that started I called around to Fire Sprinkler companies to see if anyone could replace the broken pipe as we had to shut off our home water. I had no idea who to call and tried Todd. I left him a message to give me a call on Monday, if possible. Well, at 11am on Saturday he called and said he could send a crew immediately!! Had a leak in our ceiling sprinkler r the roof, weren't certain..Todd Morris had a serviceman here within an hour!!! The leak was indeed from the sprinkler and has been fixed. Edwin was professional, courteous and knew his stuff. Thanks Todd Morris and Edwin!
