This is the most unprofessional and disorganized law firm I have ever encountered in 40 years of practice.Multiple calls and emails to the office went unanswered and messages unreturned. The few times a person did answer, there was no apparent record in the file of actions taken. A signed lien was not honored.

This is the most unprofessional and disorganized law firm I have ever encountered. Multiple calls and emails to the office went unanswered and messages unreturned. The few times a person did answer, there was no apparent record on the file of actions taken, or medical records received (even though sent months before) After initial interview June 2020 with Mr. Marne regarding this personal injury case, one discussion with him over the phone about it February 2022 and still no satisfaction in resolution of the case, upon in person visit to the office in December 2022 he looked me right in the eye and stated he handled wills and trusts, did not do personal injury, had never heard of the case, never received any of my emails, but would inquire with the paralegal, who then never returned my email or telephone message. As of January 2024, still no clear assignment of who was in charge of the case, and what the outcome was. A personal injury lien signed by Mr Marne was never honored, and the client has not responded to my calls or emails either. Is it gross incompetence? Or something else?
