I love this place. I've shopped here countless times for my drip irrigation needs. I'm a DIY guy and always feel welcomed here. * friendly staff: I've called ahead and they've always been happy to help by answering questions, checking on inventory, and they've even had certain parts transferred from their neighboring stores. They are usually in a good mood and excited to see you. * great selection: they carry a wide supply of top brands like Hunter, Netafim, Toro, etc. In addition to drip irrigation products like valves, hoses, fittings, couplings, and emitters, they also carry many other landscape-related products like lighting, turf, tools, etc. * low prices: they will get you very competitive prices, as low as what you might find online but without the shipping and handling! I've shopped across the three big irrigation supply stores in San Rafael and SiteOne is often the lowest priced, and sometimes has been significantly. * far superior than the local hardware store (orange included.): 10x better selection, staff that will actually help you, and better prices. * they don't advertise that they accept returns but they do. I've found that if you treat them with courtesy you'll get treated like a VIP.

They have the materials I want and need ... including answers for most of my questions. Often when other suppliers are out SiteOne has it in stock and saves the job for me. Recommended. Metta j
