Reid Heating provides excellent and responsive service at a fair price. They went out of their way to quickly obtain the necessary parts to repair our radiant heating system so that we didn't have to endure a cold home any longer than necessary during the winter. Everyone from their office staff to the repair technician were very helpful and knowledgeable. They even tried to first walked us through an attempted self-diagnosis (by phone) of the problem which could have resolved the situation without the need for someone to come out to our house. This is who you call for a radiant heating system. We built our home in 2002. The radiant heating system was put in by another company. What a major major mistake. The company ended up putting a subpar system. There were leaking problems, valves sticking, and more! They were slow in coming to fix the problems, even with us spending two days without heat or hot water for two days! So, we had Reid redo our system. They started in time -- and three days later -- a REAL hearing system! Totally professional. We highly recommend them!!
