Well, I didn't actually make a purchase from Radiant Way (my project took a new direction) but the service was so outstanding that I felt compelled to write a 5 star review. I called and spoke with Jenine on several occasions about underfloor heating (actually the manufacture of the product I was interested in suggested I call Radiant Way which is hos I found them) and she was very helpful and knowledgable. I would recommend this company to anyone. Radiant Way is the perfect way to get heated floors into your home. We were building from raw land in Bozeman, MT. Our rental didn't have heated floors and everytime I froze in my shower, I could hardly wait for our new bathroom. Now we are in luxurious comfort! If my feet get cold somewhere else I go stand on the bathroom floors. And the shower dries so fast - easy maintenance!
