We called this company to rectify our citation, and we got to interact with Carol. She was understanding and helpful. She told me to email the citation and she would try to have her tech come out and fix the issue! It didn’t take long to have a tech from Pedro come out and fix the issue. Our citation is resolved and we are grateful for your service!

When you have a clogged drain it's detrimental to cooking/washing - super imporant life stuff. Fermenia came over within a half hour of calling! The nicest plumber helped so fast. He was able to check on another drain that was draining slow. He was so nice and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again - hopefully not too soon though :)
