Pagan Construction went above and beyond on our kitchen, living and dining room remodel over the last year. We just received our final inspection approval and are thrilled with the result and the entire process! Brad led our project and was a caring guide throughout the journey, always responsive and fair and letting us know what to expect (even when we encountered the unexpected -- like previous owner's DIY electrical, foundation issues, and structural challenges). Ed's complementary design, architectural and creative skills were also helpful as we brought our vision to life. It felt like we had a partner in the process as opposed to just a GC. Their crew was also a delight, which is really important to consider given they're going to be in your house so much. I worked from home the majority of the ~8month demo and construction process and got to know the team well. Shout out to Marcos, Juan, Victor, Isidro, Jr. and everyone else for doing great work, caring about the project, attention to detail and rolling with the inevitable changes that came up!For quality of work, a communicative and respectful team, and a fair price, definitely consider Pagan. This is my 3rd time using Pagan Construction for home renovations. This time, Brad and his crew did a full master bathroom update after a water leak. Not only was Pagan able to squeeze me in to their schedule, but they worked full steam ahead to get the project done quickly, professionally, and beautifully. The is a rental home for me, so Pagan had to work around the tenants' schedule and because of their sensitivity to dust, Pagan went above and beyond to keep the job site meticulously clean every single day. They are trustworthy, hard working and all around nice guys. In addition, because home owners insurance was involved, Brad took the time to continuously reach out to my adjuster with emails, receipts, phone calls, texts and paperwork, while always keeping me in the loop. I highly recommend Pagan!

We recently completed a remodel that included a bedroom and two bathrooms with Pagan Construction, and we highly recommend them without reservation. Brad and the whole team at Pagan were amazing. Brad was extremely clear, transparent, and communicative--he made sure we understood what our options were, and all our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. Ed had great design suggestions, and both made us feel very supported in our decision-making during the whole process. We lived in the house while the work was being done, and we could not have asked for a better crew to share the space with. Jorge, Juan, Isidrio, and Victor were awesome--always very professional, respectful, and reliable, and the team was always responsive when we had questions or needed things adjusted. The end result has been fantastic--we love the new spaces, and all inspections were passed with no problem. In sum, we strongly recommend Pagan Construction, we would definitely hire them again for any future home construction needs!
