Great service by owner! It was a pleasure to watch Mario work to perform a diligent, thorough job. Equipment was in good order, hoses seemed brand new. Great online ordering process and text alert to give me heads up about arrival within the expected time window.

We have used Norcal Carpet Cleaning for years, and have always been very happy with their service and professionalism. Their prices are very fair, and the online appointment app makes it very easy to schedule your cleaning. Mario always let's us know when he is on his way, and is always timely. The quality of their cleaning is also just outstanding, and I honestly couldn't ask for more.
