Dr Elena is always friendly, professional and caring. She has always been there for me when I needed chiropractic care. Her techniques of upper cervical adjustments are gentle and effective.

5 Stars Indeed!I arrived here 7 months ago with severe arm pain from an ongoing neck issue. Now I can say I haven’t experienced any of that since joining Dr. Vince’s care. The practice is warm and welcoming and treatment is exceptional. It’s such a happy place!

Flexible, professional, caring and competent! I am so fortunate to have found Montecito Chiropractic. Both Dr. Vince(s) and the entire team are really top notch. X-rays and wellness checks help you see the progress adjustments are having on your body, but for me the key is I feel so much better after each visit.
