Luis and his team are absolutely amazing!! It's very clear they take pride in their work. When Luis came out to give me an estimate, he explained what his team could do for me, he identified where my trouble areas are and discussed options with me. He provided an estimate that was comparable to others. AND he stayed on budget! No surprise charges! While others had October start dates they were able to get started immediately. Needless to say this is a nerve wracking experience, but Luis's confidence in his work and excitement about how good he knew my house would look, eased my anxiety. He sent daily progress photos and communicated with me about every step. My house looks amazing and I finally get to enjoy the rainy season without worrying about any leaks. If you are looking for a roofer, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MIRANDA'S!!

I used Miranda Roofing for my stand-alone garage roof and they were amazing. I had problems with leaking during the rainy season, and they came out and were very efficient and professional in replacing roof at a price that was great. And Luis in particular is great to work with and a good human being. Best proof I can give of my 5 star review is that shortly after Miranda Roofing replaced my garage roof, I asked them to replace another roof in my property and they did a great job with that and installing gutters as well. 5 stars.

Luis has been my go-to roof guy for several years! Every winter a new leak in the roof appears and Luis has always been quick to come out for an estimate (even in the pouring rain) and quickly completes the work for the price quoted. Highly recommend!!
