Manager Ken was extremely professional in providing me with a detailed estimate for my home's water heater replacement, an installation date within a reasonable period of time, and he kindly provided coordination with the county to obtain the work permit and schedule the final county inspection. At each step of the way, Ken kept me informed of the progress. The company's installers arrived exactly on time, and were polite, respectful, and efficient. The job they performed was excellent. I use Rick from Marin H20 always. He has built small family owned business where he started his career working alongside his father to a full service construction company that can handle anything from a water softener to building homes. He seems to go over and above to please his customers and employees. Today my water softener had some problems. I called Rick. He said we're very busy, let me see what the schedule looks like and I'll get back to you. He called back in 10 minutes. Had Kevin at my house in less than a hour. Very knowledgeable.
