These guys are great! They arrived within the time that they said they would. Oleg was also able to diagnose the problem with my Viking oven when I had other companies tell me that there was really not a problem. They finished the repair quickly and were very neat and clean. I highly recommend them if you are having problems with your issues being resolved by other companies.
I called Hi-Tec on Monday and Oleg and Sam showed up on time the next day. They found the problem with my fridge and had the part in the van. They were polite and efficient. Like some other reviewers, I had problems with the home warranty techs who sometimes were even no-shows and took months to repair and (finally) replace my previous fridge. Worth every cent to get my fridge up and running in one day.
Victor was expert, reliable and courteous, really first rate. There was a problem with one of the parts on the initial repair snd Victor did a great job of following up. Will definitely use Hi-Tech again
