This has to be the most ill run ER facility in Northern California. We have been here 4.5 hours. Okay I get they are busy. The seats are rock hard, small, uncomfortable. It is cold, as in freezing. I knew how bad this place is so, as a companion to my sick husband, I brought, yes pre-packed, a long sleeve pull over, down vest and jacket. I know the heat system rarely works. My legs are cold through my running pants. There are 3 regular outlets. Poorly spaced. Two actually half blocked. One under the water fountain. No charging here. No vending machines. You have to drive to get a drink, snack, coffee. The bathrooms are filthy and not stocked. The staff have ergonomic chairs. Not the patients. Not saying they shouldn't have good chairs, it's the juxtaposition. The new facility down the road, Kaiser Park, has beautiful furniture and waiting spaces. Maybe they could divvy up the resources. I will figure out who to get in front of, but in the meantime, I'll sit in the discomfort and cold and be grateful that, unlike the others in this room, I am not sick, or hurt, AND COLD AND UNCOMFORTABLE. This place is an embarrassing disgrace. Yes I am a Kaiser member and would welcome a response from Kaiser. This is specifically about the facility. Not the staff.

The front desk person was chatting with a coworker , eventually closing her door to continue chatting in private . The bathroom was dirty on the third floor. Not acceptable for a meducal facility.

Kaiser is trying to kill my mom by giving her Abilfy for only sleeping issues! It's not for anyone especially people who have memory problems & heart problems & she's got both! No doctors help anyone they just give toxic drugs to people! They are not real doctors as they are "doctors in practice! They experiment on us like rats! A real doctor Is an aruvedic doctor! The vaccines all lower your immune system duh! It's a sleazy biZ!
