I waited for my prescription that I needed as soon as possible for two hours, to come to find out they canceled it and sent it someone else. Do not come here for medicine that you need urgent. The pharmacy does not care for their patients . I cannot believe they did not say anything to me that my medicine was cancelled and to go somewhere else . They just had me sit there for two hours !!! If I could give 0 stars I would. Unbelievable. My whole afternoon waiting for my name to be called . Waited to use the restroom so I wouldn't miss my name. So unprofessional and so disrespectful. I'm shocked how much of a terrible service this place is. After 2 and half hours I got my prescriptions Unbelievable... They really need to be aware what is going on.
I keep giving Kaiser chance after chance to give good service. It is near impossible to get in touch with a human. I had a phone appointment today at 1:35pm, I missed the call and was left a message at 1:36pm saying my appointment needed to be rescheduled. I was ready with my phone at 1:37pm, so 2 minutes late is unacceptable. This was a very important travel vaccination appointment and could not be rescheduled before I travel.
I pay a lot for Kaiser Services each month and will dump them ASAP. 24 hour nursing advice line .. you are lucky if they pick up in an hour and a half. I had neuropathic reaction after Covid vaccines that lasted a year and My primary care Dr east said well that nothing compared to what I have !! I told him repeatedly don't ever again prescribe a medicine to me over the email and that I would want to talk to him and consider deeply any medicine for that neuropathic reaction to The vaccine and again he ordered some heavy serious med over the email. I think these Drs prefer ignorant sheep as patients. That's what they are used to and what they want in my opinion. It would have been 100 percent inappropriate for me to take that medicine. They are not thinkers. They are not helpful. I will let Kaiser go asap. If you need to see a dermatologist you have to go w hat in hand and ask permission of your primary care Dr to please make the referral. It's a double charge $$ for no good reason. Waste of time and $$
