Cece is simply amazing artist I've had. She doesn't just make you comfortable she also make sure that you are well taken care of with the high quality of lashes there is. I love how her work ethic and value is. I highly recommend taking her in as your lash and brow artist!
The BEST! I love how my brows look when cece does them. I swear, no one does them like she does. Her studio is adorable and there's lots of parking and it's easy to get to. She's sweet and professional and very informed. She's also amazing at make up and very knowledgeable about the industry. I highly recommend.
