Abbey Carpet installed carpeting on stairs to our garage and recommended Fiber Care to clean it as it was looking really dirty and stained.Sebastian just left - he cleaned the stairwell carpet, getting rid of many bad stains I thought would never come out. He also cleaned our dining room chairs (getting rid of a couple of annoying stains) and he put fiber protection on two new sofas as well as the dining room chairs.Sebastian was on time, professional and clear with respect to pricing (and expectations). Fiber Care delivered excellent service and professional work. Sebastian returned my call with in an hour and came to my home two days later. The carpets look fantastic, and he took care to protect baseboards and wood floors. The large pet stain I was most hoping to remove is completely gone. The cost was reasonable for the time invested and number of rugs cleaned. I highly recommend this business.

The company I originally planned to use showed up and would not do the job. They could not do my wool pad stairs, then upping the price. I contacted Sebastian, he jumped into action, came the same day and was fantastic, extraordinary REALLY, delightful with great integrity. The chemicals his man used made stains on my stairs. He came back the next day and made the job perfect with a smile and a good explanations. Things happen, I get it. The real lesson/issue is how one takes care of problems. I LOVE THEM!!!
