States what may be needed down the road if she sees something to keep an eye on. Office details out of pocket costs before confirming the appointment and what insurance will cover. Nice extra touch that shows they care about their patients.

Dr. Cappelen’s practice is the best! They are so caring and kind and yet very professional. And Dr. Cappelen is a true magician; she is able to do things for my 75 year old teeth that are miraculous! I am so glad that we found them when we moved to Marin.
