This place is shockingly good for a state program. Dr. Sanderson is the best primary care doctor I've had, and I'm honestly amazed by the professionalism of everyone I've spoken with over the phone. Whoever is in charge of Marin's Medi-Cal is highly competent

This review is specifically for Jenny at the Referral Department. I think the department where is run out of the Novato clinic but I'm not 100% sure. Jenny patiently listens to me gave me specific information When I asked her questions about status of referrals, medical records etc. Nice work Jenny!! It's so nice to be able to write a good review for an employee at the clinic. Don't get me wrong there's a lot of support staff who are excellent people and I've known for decades they are wonderful, they are caring they are intelligent but I don't get to see them often, if at all and it's rare when they have a direct impact on my cases.

I thought this place was great. I couldn't find a doctor who was accepting new patients after calling around town. Marin told me to call at 7am for same day appointments and I had everything I needed, including labs, completed the same day. The nurse spent almost an hour with me.
