“Great dental work, but make sure that this office is an in-network provider before you are seen. We sent over the dental insurance card by email before joining this practice asking whether they were accepting our insurance. They said YES but failed to mention that they would be an out of network provider. An expensive lesson learned here after dental work was done and the shocking bill came, but hopefully this will help another patient to not get into the same situation.“

“This is a very random review, but this family is wonderful! I was skiing with my son in Tahoe and we got lost, and in the middle of me panicking I took out my phone to call for help and dropped my ID. I opened the mail today and viola! This nice family found my ID and mailed it to me! That really speaks volumes for the kind people they are, most people now would leave it on the mountain or throw it away, but they took the time to write a nice note and mail it back. My family is from Walnut Creek and we visit often, I will be bringing my son here for our teeth cleanings from now on. Thank you for such a kind gesture, it was small but it speaks volumes!“
