We recently had Rick Martin of Dan’s Plumbing install 2 Kohler one-piece toilets and he did a fantastic job! Each toilet weighed over 100lbs and required a new 10in Rough-In. Nevertheless the work got done quickly and smoothly with everything working great. And Rick took all the old toilets and packing materials and left our bathrooms pristine! Dan’s Plumbing has been my first call for plumbing issues for many years and has always done great work!!
This is truly a customer service company! I had called multiple plumbers for help with a clogged drain. They were all busy. The lovely person who answered the phone at Dan's Plumbing said they were also booked for the day, so she gave me phone numbers of a couple other companies to try. But that wasn't the last I heard from her. She called me later to check if I was successful and even offered to give me more phone numbers to try. I still couldn't find anyone. Then she called me back again toward the end of the day and said they just finished a job in my neighborhood and could squeeze me in. 10 minutes later, Werner was at my door. All employees are great and make the task of scheduling easy. Jakob has been helping us with two bathroom repairs and came up with a solution that saved us money for the second installation. He is thorough in communicating his wealth of knowledge and insuring the job is addressing all potential problems. We have been relying on Dan's plumbing for several years and highly recommend them.
