I'm sorry to have to write this email but thought it might be important for others to be aware of the poor customer service that I have received. I have used David's services in the past and have sent numerous people his way. This time when I reached out for some computer support that involved looking at my keyboard, updating my systems and helping me to back up my laptop, I was met with a very moody response. When I was considering purchasing a new Mac for my small business, I asked David help me choose the right options for my needs. He also helped my transfer my data from my current Mac, which needed to be fast and flawless. Six months later, I couldn't be happier with my Mac. David is highly knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with!

Besides being a straight-up good guy, David has proved to be my computer Super Hero! Not only has he made house/office calls with his mobile unit workshop, but he's worked on my computer REMOTELY! Crazy cool watching my curser fly around under his control while he cleared out the bugaboos in my computer. His rates are really fair too. Can't recommend him and his work highly enough.
