Santos is amazing! I came home on a Saturday around 6pm to a continuous stream of water coming through my ceiling into my kitchen cabinet above the range, through the hood, onto the counter, etc. The toilet is directly upstairs. He came within an hour and determined it was the toilet supply line and replaced it quickly. He assessed that the valve did not need to be replaced yet. I'm so appreciative of him helping me on a Saturday night for a fair price.

I hired Santos to replace our 10 year old Noritz tankless water heater (I didn’t know it required maintenance! ??♀️) with a Navien unit. I got 3 quotes and went with Santos. Santos was able to do the job at short notice and was efficient, considerate and economical.

Santos is on the Moen recommended list and knows all about Moen products, as well as many other brands. He responds quickly, has fair prices and did a great job with our shower. We needed a new cartridge and lever, and a new shower head, which Santos installed quickly and professionally. Santos comes with his own truck, equipped with many plumbing items, so little things don't need a run to the plumbing store. We are very pleased with his service and kind attitude. Highly recommended.
