I went there for a frozen shoulder and worked with Andy. He was just wonderful...knowledgeable, attentive, experienced, encouraging and he listened to me and my concerns. I "graduated" just this week. The facility was immaculate and the staff kept it sanitized, cleaning the equipment after each use as well as the rooms. Everyone wore masks, distanced (as much as possible doing PT!) and required a wash up upon arriving, took temp and O2 level every time. Very reassuring in these days of Covid 19. It felt very safe. Very impressive and I highly recommend it for anyone needing PT.

Andy immediately figured out that my hip pain was due to a tilted sacroiliac and that it would take 4-6 sessions to keep it in place (which is far fewer than any other PT would need.) His approach is thorough, thoughtful, gentle and helpful and he explains each procedure as he goes. Each week we do the exercises that I have been doing at home to ensure that I am doing them correctly. I have been to a number of PTs... Andy is amazing and the best so far. He is so knowledgeable and patient and if something isn't working he comes up with a Plan B. I went to Marin Physical Therapy for orthotics, as I had lost my original pair. Andy did a great job fitting me for the same type of orthotic that I previously had. The turnaround time was much faster that I had anticipated and the price was affordable. In addition, he showed me other types of orthotics in case I want something to fit a different style of shoe. He also showed me an additional exercise for my feet - an easy to do exercise that no one had yet shown me and one that really works. I am super pleased with my visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again!
