I needed two OEM spec front tires which had to be ordered. The tires were at the shop the next morning and on my car by afternoon. The shop did a great job with communication and accommodating my schedule. The price was reasonable, and like all of my interactions with AAA, the member experience is a priority.
Rosalinda went above and beyond with providing fantastic service! She explained the issues with my car and kept me updated throughout the repair process. The prices are very fair and the work is very efficient! I was able to pick up my car quickly after. Thank you Rosalinda!
Jason was very kind considerate. I was headed out on a cross country road trip and had an appointment for a Wednesday. After checking the weather, I realized I actually had to leave on a Wednesday to beat a snowstorm in the Sierras. I called him Tuesday to cancel my appointment, but he said if I could bring it in on Tuesday after 1 PM he wanted to check the car over to make sure there were no hidden issues. If that isn’t amazing service, I don’t know what is! Thank you, Jason! Five stars and you have a Return customer from here on out.
